Kevin, one of our incredible Customer Support Analysts, has over four years of management experience in customer support. After earning a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, he has worked to build a toolkit of skills that includes production and productivity management, operations management, and cross-functional team leadership. Kevin excels at continually formulating, implementing, and improving operational systems, processes, and policies, which has an outstanding effect on both our customers and our team.

When he’s not at work, you can find Kevin spending time with his family or planning their next adventure! He has a passion for learning, experiencing different cultures, and traveling whenever possible. Also, Kevin was adopted from Ireland–he’s 100% Irish!
