Customer Support Analyst
A member of our fantastic Customer Solutions team, Ernie is looking forward to continuing to grow as a product suite subject matter expert in order to skillfully assist our clients and team members. She brings over two years of experience working at software firms and has expertise in database design and management, project coordination and web development. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre, Ernie is also skilled in communications.
When she’s not busy at work, Ernie is likely spending time with family and friends, hiking, working on fiber arts or spending time to help the environment and animals. Truly interested in understanding others, she is a two-time winner of a “Show Up and Follow Up” award at a previous company for taking ownership of issues and following up on them.
